How to create PayPal account
go to website and press sign up then choose your type of account and your language
PayPal have two types of account

Business Account
Fill out the form with your personal information. You'll need to enter your name, address, and phone number. All of this information is required in order to create your account.
after that you need to click Confirm Your Email Address to confirm your email
go to your email to active your account
After entering your personal information and confirm your email address you'll be prompted to enter your credit or debit card. You can enter this now or later, but you'll need to at some point if you want to verify your PayPal account.

Enter card number, card type, expiration date and CSC then click save
and then you complete and finish your account
